Sony promises to honor the innovative achievements of the Japanese game development community.
Sony has finally released the September State of Play report. It will be aired live at 3:30 a.m. on September 14. The State of Play will be broadcast live on YouTube and Twitch. The TV stream will show off the upcoming PS4, PS5, and PS VR2 titles. Sony may reveal lengthy gameplays of numerous highly anticipated games, including some AAA releases. However, we don't expect Sony to make many announcements about its own studios. Instead, the majority of the news made tonight may concern third-party studios.
Sony openly states in a PlayStation Blog that it will "honor the incredible creative talents of the Japanese game development community." To put it another way, the corporation is expected to reveal gameplays from popular Japanese studios.
"With Tokyo Game Show just around the corner, it's almost time to honor the tremendous creative talents of the Japanese game development community," Sony wrote in the blog. It's also a great moment to start another State of Play."
"We'll have some terrific updates from our amazing Japanese partners, as well as a few additional surprises from developers all across the world," they added.
Sony promises that the State of Play will last approximately 20 minutes and will contain reveals, new updates, and new gameplay footage for ten titles coming to the PS5, PS4, and PS VR2.
Most of us will be waiting for more God of War Ragnarok footage before it is released later this year. We're hoping for new gameplay, but don't count on it. The emphasis will continue to be on third-party games such as the new Final Fantasy 16 and previous Final Fantasy titles, Resident Evil 4 Remake, and others. Sony has also promised some "surprises."
God of War Ragnarok will be launched in November, and it is already being tested and reviewed. The new Ragnarok will pick up where the previous God of War left off. In several realms of Norse mythology, we will encounter a teenage Atreus with his father Kratos.
