Epic Games is giving away one of the most popular open-world survival games, Ark: Survival Evolved, for free. Gamers can immediately add the game to their library.
This week's free games have been announced by Epic Games. Ark: Survival Evolved and Gloomhaven are two titles to add to your library this week. The first will transport you to the epic era of dragons and let you roam around, while the second will provide a tactical role-playing experience in the medieval dark fantasy realm.
Both titles will be free to add to your Epic game library until September 29. When you add games to your library, you don't have to pay a dime to download or install them, nor do you have to enter your credit card information.
Ark: Survival Evolved was published in 2015 and quickly became one of the most popular survival open-world games. The game has a large community where players frequently discuss the game and its journey. If you're looking for something enjoyable to do and want to learn more about dragons, you can play the game for free at any time; just make sure to add it to your library before the deadline.
Gloomhaven is intended for those who enjoy a blend of tactical RPG and dungeon exploration. The game, published by Twin Sails Interactive, was released on PC in 2021 and includes both single-player and online co-op experiences. The game lets you explore the plot, which is set in a distinct mediaeval dark fantasy environment. It has 'Very Positive' Steam reviews and is considered one of the best dungeon crawlers games.
If none of these titles pique your interest, you can wait until next week. Epic has announced that two more free games will be released next week. From September 29 until October 6, the Drone Racing League and Runbow will be available for free on Epic.
Epic Games occasionally distributes freebies, most recently the Shadow of Tomb Raider title. Although the buzz surrounding its free games began in 2020, when it gave one of Rockstars' most popular action-adventure games, GTA 5, for free.
